I am the guest writer for Recipe Relay this week!

Recipe Relay was started by two Antioch New England Green MBA Graduates, Sarah Maine and Brianna Bain, to “inspire and encourage others to have fun eating seasonally and locally.”  You can check out more about how it works, (including why it’s a “relay”!) on the Recipe Relay Rules page.

I had a great time figuring out what I was going to cook, buying the stuff, photographing while I was cooking, and, ultimately, eating some Spicy Orange Laplatte Farm #BTV Beef!
